It was a terrible experience for me and my husband to stay in this hotel for 13 days since we had prepaid the whole fee. At the beginning when we arrived, we were asking for the receipt for staying in this hotel, however receptionist refused and asked us to come back before we checked out. I told her our flight was at 8:30 am so we had to be at the airport before 7:00 am. It wouldnt leave us much time to deal with this, plus we had already paid the money. At that time, we were tired of being on a 12 hour flight and it was 12:30 pm, so we told her to get receipt ready before we checked out. The end of this story was she still refused to give us receipt so I had to call the travel agency which I had booked this hotel from to talk to them about it.[2018-02-14 11:41]

酒店整栋楼还算大，大堂宽敞前台服务好，房间地毯稍微陈旧，卫生间顶有些矮，床软硬适中，毛巾洁白可以，其他尚可。

酒店就在湘江边上，停车方便，有专门的停车站，周边公交线路较多，设施略有老旧，国庆期间入住还是性价比不错的。值得推荐
